*We are unable to take responsibility for colour and texture variations. Although we will try our best to print colours accurately. Due to digital imagery some colours shown on your computer screen may not be an exact representation of the actual colour printed.
*Cancellation will not be accepted once product has been posted or the personalised item has been processed.

Additions or making changes to your order:
You are welcome to make additions or changes to your orders as long as your order has not been processed or dispatched.

Returns & Refunds Policy:
* If you are unhappy for any reason with our product, please email us so we can come to a suitable arrangement.
* It is our standard procedure to replace items if the request is made to us within 7 days after receipt of the item and it must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
* The Buyer is responsible for the cost of sending the item(s) back to us. We will pay the postage for the replacement goods. The replacement items will only be sent out after we have received the original one.
* If goods have been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so a claim can be lodged.
* Please contact us or fill out the return form on our website for any return product and state the reason for returning the item.
* The original shipping cost is non-refundable under any circumstances.
* Returns will not be considered under the following circumstances:
1) The item has been used or is not resalable.
2) If you change your mind about a particular purchase.
3) If the item is as described but not as you have expected or imagined, which includes colour. (Please note: the colour you see on your monitor depends on your computer screen settings). Please choose your purchase carefully.
4) You no longer need the item.
5) All custom made and personalised items are not accepted for returns and are non-refundable.
