We currently only accept Direct credit or bank transfer in NZ and Australia. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please email us we will issue you an invoice for payment.
Postage within NZ:
Delivery Information:
* We use Fastway Courier for NZ delivery. It is a signature required service. If you don't want to sign for the delivery please add a note: "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" with your delivery address. Please provide a street address for delivery, Fastway does not deliver to PO Box.
* All overseas orders will be sent by NZ Post Standard International Airmail. It may take up to 20 days to arrive depending on the destination.
* Please provide correct or updated postal address's to avoid delay or lost mail. A contact phone number may be helpful in case we need to contact you.
* We aim to dispatch Non-personalised orders the next working days of receipt of full payment. However delays may be occur during our peak times i.e. Xmas...
* For custom made or personalised items please allow up to 5 days for the processing ( depends on your response time), we normally dispatch them within 1-2 days after your final confirmation. The total delivery time is different from shipping time. Total Delivery time = Processing + Shipping Time.
*Normal delivery time within NZ is between 2-5 business days, 5-20 days for overseas. The transit time for postage provided above is only for guidance and should NOT be misinterpreted as our promise. We are unable to guarantee the delivery time because we have no control on the delivery schedule. The transit time for parcels to various locations always depends on the local postal services. For remote location or rural address please allow an additional 1-2 days for the delivery. Please bear in mind that some parcels may arrive later than the quoted time due to various reasons.
